About
I am a qualified Master Herbalist, Iridologist & Vitalist Nutritionist
A graduate of The Irish School of Herbal Medicine and member of The Irish Association of Master Medical Herbalists (IAMMH).
My background has been focused in scientific research and teaching education since I was awarded PhD in Chemistry Science.
I have been working as a postdoctoral scientist in many different universities and research centres in Europe and England since 2008. I chose to change my career six years ago because of the huge impact I had on my health. The ancient wisdom of medicinal plants inspired me to make a career change and combine my knowledge in science and herbal medicine. I love supporting people to learn about plant medicine, deepen their connection with nature and their cycles and guide them to make changes that make them feel empowered and free. Working in alignment with nature, the body will find its own way to balance through health. I feel deep gratitude to assist and witness this full process of transformation.
My approach is to educate and offer different natural methods and dietary advice to live a healthier life by using preventative holistic herbal medicine and evidence-based solutions to get to the root cause of every person’s unique needs.

1-to-1 Consultations
Herbal Medicine programs offer an option as a holistic health care in the treatment and management of several conditions such as anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues, immune support, hormone imbalances. In my consultations, I also covered Woman’s health (menopause, PMS, endometriosis, fertility, postpartum, fibroids) to add awareness and support women in every cycle of life.
Initial Consultation New patients.
This session will consist of a completed assessment of your medical health form with current medication, diet, and lifestyle. This also includes physical and emotional evaluation through iris reading (iridology). Then, we will design, discuss and agree on a personalised plan tailored to your needs and circumstances. Custom-made botanical formulations in the form of tincture, infusion or/and powder will be part of the treatment to support all the changes.Up to 75 min Follow up Consultation.
This session is scheduled approximately every 2-3 weeks from the initial consultation.
We will review your progress and your protocol will be adjusted accordingly if required.
