Louise Byrant Cranioscral Therapy

I first heard about Craniosacral therapy when I was a teenager when watching a morning TV program and it really resonated with me, that ‘ping’ moment stuck with me for years. When my son was around 4 years old, I took him to a lovely CST practitioner. I was amazed at how gentle and how deeply it had calmed my son who was struggling with his emotions at the time and expressing his frustration with tantrums. I walked out of that first session with a different child, and knew that this is what I wanted to do!

I began my Craniosacral journey in 2010 studying with Upledger Ireland, and have since become fully qualified. Some of the other courses I have attended are Sensory integration, Biodynamic foundation course, Ear candling, and Distance healing from the core (touch-free CST).
