Kate is a certified yoga instructor. She has trained in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pre-natal yoga, Trauma informed yoga as well as Chair yoga. Kate strongly believes in yoga being a joyful and relaxing practice for everyone. Her teaching style is gentle and clear allowing participants to lovingly explore the poses in their own bodies. Through public and private classes, she aims to assure that your regular yoga practice is comfortable, enjoyable and accessible.
